Lisa is the Director of Development, Partnerships and Teaching School Hubs and part of the Executive Team at Bright Futures. Lisa has had over 20 years experience in education, both as a teacher and in a variety of senior leadership positions including Associate Headteacher and Co-Principal.

Now an Executive Leader, Lisa provides strategic leadership for Bright Futures Development Network which includes two large scale Teaching School Hubs, NW1 Maths Hub, a SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training) and the Alliance for Learning providing Professional Development and training for the region. Lisa’s portfolio also includes School Improvement work and she leads this internally and beyond the trust alongside having strategic oversight for Marketing and Communications for the trust.

Lisa’s particular areas of expertise and passion are in change leadership, coaching theory and practice, wellbeing and partnership working. Lisa currently coaches several Headteachers and she leads on partnership working for the trust collaborating with local, regional and national policy makers. Lisa represents Education on the Mayor’s Greater Manchester Reform Board and is part of the Greater Manchester Learning Partnership Executive Board.
