As a hub, we collaborate with a wide range of enthusiastic, talented and dedicated maths teachers and strategic partners, and we are confident that together, we will achieve our fundamental ambition to raise standards in mathematics and inspire a passion and love of this subject in children and young people.
Working with over 500 participating schools in Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale and Stockport, the impact we have had on improving young people’s maths has been extremely significant. We also work with the Northern Powerhouse in opportunity areas to increase the social mobility of young people.
Each Maths Hub is a partnership, led locally by a school or college. The Lead School for NW1 Maths Hub is Altrincham Grammar School for Girls. We are proud to be part of the Bright Futures Education Trust, working alongside our two Teaching School Hubs. Please find out more here: Bright Futures Teaching School Hubs.
