Developing Resilience in a COVID Climate at Key Stage 5

FREE ONLINE SESSION

Monday 30th November 4:30-6:00pm

An online Teachmeet hosted jointly by NW1 Maths Hub and the Advanced Mathematics Support Programme (AMSP).

This year more than ever, the resilience of our students is a vital element of their success. Dealing with time spent at home, content missed and exams not sat has left our students at KS5 facing difficulties no other students have faced. Add into the mix the fact that many of them will spend time isolating at home, more time working independently at home and lessons both face to face and online, the need for our students to be resilient learners has never been more important.

Join Adrian Hall from the AMSP for a joint, one off event hosted by the NW1 Maths Hub and the AMSP to hear strategies that work to develop resilience in our students and for an opportunity to learn from one another’s experiences in the current climate.

This event is aimed at all maths teachers at Level 3, whether they are teaching A Level Maths, Further Maths, Core Maths or GCSE resit.
